Our Property Management & Residential Leasing Department offers services in every aspect of the leasing and property management process - from initial tenant negotiations to the completed leasing arrangement to ongoing management services.

Nu Home Source Realty currently manages homes, townhomes, duplexes and condominiums throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. Our property managers are licensed Realtors or brokers with specific experience in residential leasing and property management. Letting our experts handle all the potentially stressful and time-consuming aspects of your rental property lets you relax and have more time for doing the things you really enjoy.

What do we provide as in service to our owners.

We provide owners with a full property management service at a discount.  We do all the advertising, tenant screening, leasing, maintenance and monthly accounting.  All you as an owner has to do is sit back and collect the check!

Our monthly management fee is a nominal 8% or $80 Min. When the home is first leased, you could be charged as much as 50% of the first full month rent in lease fees. 

On the maintenance side of things, if a repair is ever over $300 in price, you will be contacted first before anything is done.  We are in your best interest.
